Session Cancellation and Financial Policy
Intensity and Frequency of sessions for Neuro-development of Words – NOW!® Company’s programs are essential to the powerful results we are all aiming for your student to achieve. To this end, students must not miss any sessions.
We ask our clients to set their schedule when they start the program and ONLY make changes due to ongoing conflicts where absolutely necessary. However, you may cancel a session under extenuating circumstances, i.e. loss of power, illness, storms, emergencies, etc.
Please be guided by our policy below if you need to cancel a session.
Policy for All Neuro-development of Words – NOW!® Online Sessions
1. Missed NOW! sessions, due to loss of power, illness, storms, emergencies, etc, can be rescheduled to happen within two weeks of the missed session. You do still need to notify us, and NOW! Company’s team will be very flexible to help arrange make-up sessions within that 2-week time frame. This policy serves the goal of helping a client complete as many sessions as possible, as efficiently as possible, and helps maintain clear and consistent accounting and billing operations.

2. If you need to cancel a NOW! session for a reason other than health, emergencies, or catastrophes (example: a schedule conflict), please give NOW! at least 24 hours’ notice. If you do not provide us with 24 hours notice, we cannot reschedule the session, and it will be forfeited, but we can give you the option of purchasing an extra session for the month.
3. Credits are not issued for missed or canceled sessions. Canceled sessions must be made up as outlined above and cannot accumulate to the end of the program. For extended absences (such as vacations), please give us at least 2 weeks’ notice so we can reschedule these sessions. Sessions due to extended absences will not be removed from your invoice.
4. Instructors are subject to change due to availability. NOW! Company will arrange substitute instructors at our discretion. Should you decline a sub-session, that session will be forfeited. Our goal is to help your student complete their program as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
5. To request a complete change of your NOW! schedule, please provide 7 days advance notice to the NOW! Company via email to schedule@nowprograms.com.
Schedule changes may require a change of instructor, due to limited availability.
6. NOW! Company requires 30 days written notice via email to schedule@nowprograms.com to terminate NOW! sessions. If NOW! services are terminated with less than 30 days’ notice, then any pre-paid month(s) remaining after the termination date cannot be refunded.
